Lodi
July
An early ripening apple similar in taste and appearance to Yellow Transparent. The apple has a thick skin with a smooth texture. It has a flavorful tartness that makes this apple great for making applesauce. 

Pristine
July
Yellow apple with a crisp flesh. Stores well. Good for eating. 

Redfree
July/August
This summer apple has a yellow background and contains a 90-percent red blush. The apple is medium size and keeps well. The sweet flesh of this variety is crisp, tangy and juicy. 

Ginger Gold 
August
This apple is part of the Golden family, as the skin reflects somewhat of a Golden Delicious. It is a sweet, yet slightly acidic flavored apple and is very firm and crisp.

Gala
August
This apple is juicy and very sweet with crisp yellow flesh. Color varies from cream to red and yellow-stripped.

Fulford Gala
August
Orange-red in color. Excellent for eating. This Gala is an early variety.

Honeycrisp
August/September
This apple is very crisp and contains a sweet and juicy flavor. The apple stores very well. The skin of the apple is two-thirds red over a straw background color.

Daybreak Fuji
September
Early Fuji apple. Great for eating. Orange-red in color.

Golden Delicious
September
Pale yellow skin with a red blush. The crisp, pale yellow flesh resists browning and the taste is sweet, mellow and juicy.

Red Delicious
September
Sweet, crisp and juicy that range in color from striped red to solid red.

Jonagold
September
Yellow and reddish in color. Bakes well and has a sweet flavor.

Shizua
September
Large yellow apple. Great apple for baking or eating. Firm and juicy.

Idared
September/October
This apple is a cross between a Jonathan and Wagener apple. The apple resembles a Jonathan in appearance and flavor. It is dark red and has a sharp flavor and subtle sweetness. This apple stores well and is used commonly for desserts.

Rome
October
Deep red apple that is slightly tart, firm, crisp, and juicy.

Nittany
October
A pink-orange blush, narrow stripes, and a deep yellow flesh color. Very crisp and sweet.

York
October
This is a firm, tart apple that is good for baking, making pies, and eating out of hand.

Enterprise
October/November
Red and green apple. Great for eating or baking. Sweet and crisp. Keep well.

Gold Rush
October/November
Sweet crisp flavor. Yellow apple. Smaller apple but are excellent for baking. Keeps well.

Autumn Rose Fuji
October/November
Green and red in color. Same crisp Fuji taste.
